Prices are in pounds sterling and can be transferred by BACS to our account, details of which will be given at the time of booking.
Additional days may be booked, and we do not necessarily require Saturday to Saturday, or whole weeks. We will do our best to accommodate all requirements.
At time of booking we ask for 20% deposit.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
For booking made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, we may ask for full payment at time of booking.
Deposits are not refundable if bookings are cancelled by you.
If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the booking is cancelled by us, your deposit will be refunded in full.
After bookings are made, we will send our information sheets by email, which includes details about directions and access.
There is an additional laundry & cleaning charge, regardless of number of days booked. For two people the charge is €50, plus €10 per additional person.
Unfortunately we have to add a £50 surcharge to bookings made during the Winter Warmers period, due to very high electricity costs.
A security deposit of £100 may be requested at time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days following your departure date, subject to no unreasonable breakages or damage being reported.
While every effort is made to describe the apartment accurately and honestly on the website, some things may be subject to change or improvement.
We will do our best to ensure everything works properly. However, some things may be beyond our control (eg. internet, satellite, hifi, etc).
We ask for a common-sense and honesty approach regarding any food, beers and wine that are consumed.
Please tell us about any breakages so that we can replace as soon as possible.
It can be cold in winter, and hot in summer. The vines need the rain to grow. In other words, we're not responsible for the weather spoiling or enhancing your holiday! But we guarantee to keep our fingers crossed for you.
